The Central Bank revoked the licenses of two Moscow banks
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation from February 2, revoked the license for banking operations at two Moscow banks. This “Settlement and credit Bank” (RCH) and Partnerscapital.
As reported by the Bank of Russia, the decision on the revocation of licenses of credit organizations was accepted in connection with default of requirements of the legislation and normative acts in the field of combating the legalization (laundering) of incomes obtained in a criminal way and financing of terrorism.The Central Bank revoked the license from Participatelink
Speaking about Participatelink, the press service of the Bank reported that in the second half of 2017 a credit institution has been actively carried out dubious transactions.
In both of the Bank appointed interim administration, whose powers will last until the appointment of a bankruptcy Trustee or liquidator.

Both banks are participants of system of insurance of deposits. Revocation of license is insured, which provides for the payment to insured depositors, including private entrepreneurs, in the amount of 100% of the remaining balance, but not more than 1,4 million rubles per depositor. Payments will begin no later than 14 days from the day of revocation of license by the regulator.
According to information BIR Analyst on November 1, 2017 Participatelink took 468 place in the Russian banking system’s assets in the amount of 1.26 billion rubles, own funds amounted to 517,4 million rubles, the deposits of the population – 248,8 million. RKB – 185 place in the Russian banking system with assets of $ 15.4 billion rubles, own funds amounted to 5.6 billion roubles, deposits of the population – 3.4 billion rubles.
